Dhustana, Upachaya and Moksha Bhavas

The Dhustana Bhavas (Houses) show the Karma to be experienced by the individual in this world, showing the Karma from other lives, and are called houses six, eight and twelve. The sixth house shows the P.K/Prarabdha Karma, that is, the immutable Karma, which cannot be changed unless the divine will wants it to be changed.
The Upachaya Bhavas are those that improve with the passage of time and can evolve according to the individual’s actions, and are called houses three, six, ten, and eleven.
The Moksha Bhavas show the liberation from this life, transcendence, we call Moksha the houses four, eight and twelve, and the four house shows not only rest, but death.
In this way we observe that the sixth house besides Dhustana and P.K. is also Upachaya and Trick. Houses eight and twelve are Dhustana and also Moksha, and house eight is also Marka. House three is Upachaya and also Kama and Trick. Finally, the eleventh house is Upachaya and we already know that it also has the qualities of Kama and Trick Bhava.
